HaulBoard

Terms of Service

Effective: September 28, 2026.

Operator: HaulBoard LLC (Texas), EIN 42-5162623. Contact: support@haulboardcrm.com.

These Terms govern use of the HaulBoard web app, iOS app, Android app, and related sites (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Decision framing

HaulBoard is a multi-tenant business CRM for U.S. junk-haul and field-service operators (tenants). HaulBoard LLC sells software access. Operators run jobs for their customers.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to form a contract and use the Service for a business crew, not as a consumer app for children. Keep login credentials secure. Org admins are responsible for crew members they invite.

3. Platform vs tenant

  • HaulBoard LLC (platform) provides the software, hosts data you enter, bills the SaaS subscription, and may suspend for breach or legal risk.
  • You (tenant / operator) own your customer and job records, set prices, perform hauls, hold local permits, and are responsible for texts and contracts with your customers.
  • End-customer (homeowner) privacy requests about job data go to you. Requests about operator accounts HaulBoard controls go to us.

3A. Customer Data

“Customer Data” means information about your customers and jobs that you or your crew enter into the Service, such as names, phone numbers, email and service addresses, photos, quotes, invoices, and notes.

  • You control Customer Data. You decide what Customer Data to collect and how it is used. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and any notices or permissions you need, to collect it and to contact your customers, including by text or phone.
  • We process it on your instructions. HaulBoard LLC processes Customer Data only on your behalf and as instructed through your use of the Service, to provide, secure, and support the Service. We do not sell Customer Data or use it for our own marketing.
  • Service providers. Our service providers that process Customer Data must protect it under written terms at least as protective as these Terms.
  • Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. We will notify you without undue delay after we confirm a security breach affecting your Customer Data.
  • Requests. We will help you respond to your customers’ privacy requests using the Service’s features and reasonable support.
  • Deletion. If you are the only member of your organization, deleting your account automatically deletes Customer Data. Otherwise, Customer Data remains until the owner closes the workspace by emailing support@haulboardcrm.com with the subject "Close workspace", and we delete or de-identify it within 30 days of a verified request, except copies in backups (removed on their normal cycle) and records we must keep by law.
  • No sensitive data. Do not enter Social Security numbers, health information, or payment-card numbers into notes or other free-text fields.

4. SaaS fee (HaulBoard LLC)

The HaulBoard subscription is $19.99 per month, plus applicable sales tax, billed in advance through Stripe. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. We will give notice before any price change takes effect. Billing runs on the web via Stripe to HaulBoard LLC. Mobile App Store / Google Play builds do not sell or unlock the subscription with in-app purchase or Play Billing. Manage or cancel subscription in web Settings. New accounts get a 7-day free trial (America/Chicago). We collect a payment method at signup and do not charge it during the trial. The first charge is on day 8 (America/Chicago) unless you cancel in Settings before then. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel before day 8 means no charge. Cancel after a charge means no refund of that paid month.

5. Job pay (tenant is merchant of record)

If you connect Stripe (Connect Standard, direct charges) or Square (OAuth) so customers pay for junk hauls, you are the merchant of record for those charges. HaulBoard LLC does not take a cut of job payments, is not the merchant of record for job pay, and does not route job pay through Apple IAP or Google Play Billing. Card data for job pay is handled by Stripe or Square on their forms.

6. Acceptable use

No spam or unlawful texts; no fake licenses or paperwork; no accessing other tenants’ data; no probing, scraping, or illegal use. We may suspend or terminate for breach, unpaid SaaS, abuse, or legal risk.

7. SMS / Messages

If the Service opens the device Messages app (for example an sms: link), HaulBoard is not the carrier or SMS seller. You are responsible for consent and messaging laws for texts your crew sends.

8. Data export and account deletion

Export job records you need before closing a workspace. You may delete your operator account in-app (Settings → Delete account) and on the web deletion page. Freezing is not deletion. Org-wide closure may differ from deleting one user — see the Delete account page. Sign in with Apple tokens are revoked when we delete an Apple-signed-in account.

9. Intellectual property

HaulBoard LLC owns the software and branding. You own content and job data you enter (subject to our limited license to host and process it to run the Service).

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that jobs, permits, dump tickets, or customer outcomes will succeed. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HaulBoard LLC’s liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the SaaS fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for haul licensing, dump fees, customer disputes, or SMS content your crew sends.

11. Governing law

Texas law governs, excluding conflict rules. Venue: Denton County, Texas (and federal courts as applicable), unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise (this product is aimed at business operators).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted and/or noted in-app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

13. Mobile apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play

  • Apple. If you download a HaulBoard app from the Apple App Store, your use of that app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms are between you and HaulBoard LLC only, not Apple. HaulBoard LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the extent any warranty applies and is not disclaimed, if the app fails to conform to it, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any (the app is free); Apple has no other warranty obligation. HaulBoard LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims about the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer-protection or privacy claims, and claims that the app infringes someone’s intellectual property. You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the iOS app and may enforce them against you.
  • Google. If you download a HaulBoard app from Google Play, Google’s terms for Google Play also apply to your use of Google Play. These Terms are between you and HaulBoard LLC only. Google is not responsible for the app, and Google is not a party to or third-party beneficiary of these Terms unless Google’s developer terms require it.
  • Subscriptions. The mobile apps do not sell or unlock the HaulBoard subscription. Subscriptions are sold only on the web by HaulBoard LLC.
